Description

Job Title: Nursing Assistant / GDA

 

Location: RG Home Care / RG Elder Care Foundation

 

Job Summary:

Provide basic patient care and daily living support under nurse supervision for elderly and bedridden patients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility

 

Record vital signs

 

Maintain hygiene and safety

 

Support nursing staff in care activities

 

 

Requirements:

 

ANM / GDA / Nursing Assistant Course

 

Compassionate, responsible, and ready for shift work

 

 

Salary:

Day Shift ₹12,000–₹15,000 | 24 Hr Shift ₹18,000–₹22,000

Minimum qualification: ANM / GDA / Nursing Assistant Course (Certified). Basic knowledge of patient care techniques. Good communication skills and compassionate attitude. Ability to work in rotational shifts or 24-hour duty if required. Prior experience in home care / hospital / elder care preferred.
