Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Training Manager who can lead both online and offline learning initiatives, conduct interactive webinars, and represent IBA EDU during college and corporate visits.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, delivering impactful sessions, and strengthening relationships with our institutional and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging webinars, workshops, and online training sessions for students and professionals.
Visit colleges, universities, banks, and corporate offices to present IBA EDU’s training programs.
Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to align training content with partner expectations.
Train and mentor internal faculty or trainers to maintain consistent delivery quality.
Develop and update training materials, case studies, and presentation decks.
Collect feedback, analyze training effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
Support the business team during partnership presentations and student orientations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in training, business development, or client relations
Excellent presentation and communication skills (both English and Tamil/Hindi preferred)
Comfortable with public speaking and webinar tools (Zoom / Google Meet / MS Teams)
Willingness to travel for campus and corporate visits
