Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation:
- Source, generate, and follow up on leads for new car loans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with car dealerships to drive business.
- Identify and contact potential customers for new and used car loans.
- Cross-sell other financial products to existing and new clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Loan Processing:
- Assist customers with the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct thorough customer interviews and KYC checks.
- Perform data entry in the loan management system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company and regulatory guidelines.
Collections and Recovery:
- Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate and set up payment plans with delinquent customers.
- Resolve customer disputes and complaints related to loan payments.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection attempts and outcomes.
- Follow company policies for escalating delinquent accounts and pursuing legal action when necessary.
