- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire safety industry.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Promote and sell fire safety products and services (e.g., fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, suppression systems).
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (corporates, builders, facility managers, government bodies, etc.).
- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate fire safety solutions.
Product Knowledge & Consultation
- Understand technical aspects of fire safety equipment and services.
- Advise clients on fire safety compliance (local laws, building codes, safety standards like NFPA/IS).
- Conduct site visits to assess fire safety needs.
