Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Processing Officer to serve as a Trainer for our students pursuing careers in the banking, NBFC, and finance sectors. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical knowledge on credit processing, loan documentation, customer verification, and financial assessment, preparing students for real-world credit operations roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Train students on credit processing procedures, including loan application handling, credit assessment, and documentation verification.
Provide hands-on guidance on KYC norms, CIBIL analysis, and risk assessment.
Conduct sessions on retail loan products – housing, vehicle, personal, gold, and business loans.
Demonstrate the use of loan management systems and credit evaluation tools.
Educate students on regulatory compliance (RBI guidelines, NBFC norms, etc.).
Develop and update training materials, case studies, and assessment modules.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with the placement team to ensure students are job-ready for credit officer and banking roles.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Economics / Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Credit Processing Officer / Loan Officer / Credit Analyst in a Bank or NBFC.
Prior training or mentoring experience preferred (not mandatory).
Strong understanding of credit policy, financial ratios, and loan documentation process.
