As a Business Development Executive at Flowtech Enterprise, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion for our company through effective communication and client interaction. Customer follow-up for the update of submitted offer.
Convincing inquirer to buy the product (Converting inquirer into purchaser)
Development of new customer from the references and lead.
Calling old/regular customers on daily basis to keep contact alive for new orders and inquiries.
Make outbound calls to promote products.
Handle inbound calls and provide customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interaction.
Meet or exceed sales target.
Build and maintain positive relationship with customers.
Result based work and reporting and updating of executed work/assignment on daily basis.
