Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to understand customer needs to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable products/services.
Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Prepare regular reports and maintain client databases.
