Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts and components from a variety of materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and requirements.
Load raw materials and select proper tools for each operation based on the job requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure efficient machine operation.
Conduct quality checks using various measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications.
Make adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and part alignment as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Keep accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and inspections.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production schedules, machine issues, or changes to job requirements.
