Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure production runs smoothly, maintain quality standards, and meet daily targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
Select and install appropriate tools and materials for production.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
Maintain daily production and quality records.
Follow safety protocols and perform routine maintenance of machines.
Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controls preferred).
Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting tools.
Precision measuring and inspection skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
