Description

  • Quality and compliance:

    • Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications. 
    • Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to established procedures and quality standards. 
    • Inspect incoming raw materials for consistency and integrity. 

  • Reporting and documentation:

    • Record and report inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, and quantities. 
    • Document defects, deviations, and non-conformities. 
    • Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports for management and clients. 
    • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for products that fail to meet standards. 

  • Process improvement:

    • Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process to correct issues and prevent future defects. 
    • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve quality problems. 
    • Accept or reject finished items based on inspection results. 

  • Inspection and testing:

    • Measure products using tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers to ensure they meet specifications. 
    • Operate electronic inspection equipment and software. 
    • Conduct visual and physical inspections of materials, components, and finished products at various stages of production.
