Handle sales documentation, loan/finance papers, and registration formalities.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments for customer requirements.
Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and provide after-sales support.
4. Lead Management
Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, referrals, events).
Update CRM software with customer details and follow-up actions.
Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
5. After-Sales Relationship
Follow up with customers post-delivery for feedback and referrals.
Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
