Shri ladies hostel, a reputed multi chain hostels , is looking for Hostel Property Incharge to stay inhouse and take care of day to day operations
Responsibilities and Duties
Role includes
1. Taking care of admission, vacating process of residents and issues resolving if reported
2. Ensure hostel staffs are performing their duties as expected
3. Stock and inventory management
4. Adhering to company policies and follow the processes and procedures setup
4. Timely status report of the specified tasks
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Age : 21-35 years
12/Diploma/Degree completion
Tamil/English - Strong tamil and basic English
Soft skills needed : Soft spoken skills, customer handling skills, flexibility, able to work calmly under pressure, inter personal skills
Experience: Any work experience of 6 months to 1 year preferred
