Equivalent hands-on experience in CNC operation, setting, or programming
Job Description:
We are looking for skilled CNC professionals to join our team in Sriperumbudur. Candidates should have experience in operating, setting, or programming:
CNC Milling Machines (Up to 5-Axis)
CNC Turning Machines
CNC Turn-Mill Centers
Responsibilities:
Operate, set up, and/or program CNC machines as per production requirements
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Work with precision measuring instruments and maintain tight tolerances
Ensure quality standards and production efficiency are met
Perform tool offset adjustments, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Haas control systems
Experience in multi-axis machining and turn-mill operations
Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and process optimization
Proficiency in quality inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities
