Key Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs as per market standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify mechanical or electrical faults.
Diagnose engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and air-conditioning issues.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to detect and resolve problems.
Replace or repair faulty parts and ensure proper fitting and alignment.
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workshop cleanliness.
Coordinate with service advisors and supervisors regarding work status.
Keep updated with new automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
0–2 years of experience as a Technician in an automobile dealership or service centre.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, electrical, transmission, etc.).
Ability to use equipment and service tools.
Good understanding of workshop safety practices.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
