Job Role & Responsibilities:
Installation and servicing of IoT-based devices (GPS, iTank, AWS, etc.)
Attend on-site and remote service calls for technical support and troubleshooting
Perform routine checks, maintenance, and documentation
Coordinate with the service and R&D teams for issue resolution
Provide detailed reports on service tasks and installations
Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and effective solutions
