Position Overview
We are looking for skilled and dedicated Technicians to join our production team at our Chennai factory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or strong interest in electric vehicle assembly, battery pack assembly, and related technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electric two-wheelers as per production standards and design specifications.
Perform battery assembly, wiring, fitting, and quality inspection.
Check and test electrical and mechanical components before final assembly.
Maintain tools, machinery, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Identify and report defects or assembly issues to the supervisor.
Support continuous improvement in the assembly line to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ensure adherence to company safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications
Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good technical skills are welcome).
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of EV systems, battery connections, and electrical circuits.
Ability to read technical drawings or wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly fixtures.
