Job description:

  • Production Planning & Execution
  • Supervise daily production activities as per schedule.
  • Ensure optimal use of manpower, machines, and materials.
  • Team Management
  • Monitor and manage workers/operators on the floor.
  • Assign tasks and ensure discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Coordinate with QC/QA team for in-process checks.
  • Maintenance Coordination
  • Report and follow up on machine breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and downtime logs.
  • Analyze performance data and report to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setup
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • CNC & VMC Machines Setting Knowledge Must
  • Good understanding of safety and quality standards
