We are looking for an M.Sc. qualified Biotechnologist who is passionate about research and innovation in the field of food powder development. The candidate should be dedicated, curious, and eager to explore new formulations using biotechnological approaches.
Responsibilities:
Conduct R&D on formulation, drying, and nutritional enhancement of food powders.
Perform biochemical analysis and assist in process optimization.
Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Food Biotechnology or related field.
Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and bioprocessing.
Innovative, research-oriented, and an immediate joiner preferred.
