Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live CCTV footage from all installed cameras across locations.
Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized entries, or safety violations.
Maintain proper logs and incident reports of all observed irregularities.
Ensure all CCTV cameras, recorders, and related systems are functioning properly.
Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies or incidents.
Retrieve and provide CCTV footage as requested by management or authorities.
Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance data and recordings.
Support periodic audits of security footage and system performance.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and data protection standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations (preferred).
Good observation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and video surveillance software.
Ability to remain alert and focused for long durations.
Integrity, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts (including night duty).
Office or control-room environment.
May require coordination with on-ground security or maintenance teams.
