
The General Manager – Sourcing leads the organization’s sourcing and procurement strategy to ensure timely availability of high-quality materials, products, and services at competitive costs. This role is responsible for developing strategic supplier relationships, driving cost optimization, improving sourcing efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The GM – Sourcing oversees a team of category managers, buyers, and procurement professionals to deliver operational excellence and strategic value.

1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leadership
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and operational needs.
Identify, qualify, and manage key suppliers and strategic partners locally and internationally.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and total cost of ownership (TCO) improvement.
Ensure sourcing strategies support innovation, sustainability, and quality objectives.
