Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate with the customers and understand their 2-wheeler service requirements
Explain the jobs mentioned on the job card to the floor supervisor & Technician
Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
Follow Job card opening & delivery process norms
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
Explain the work to be done, provide accurate cost estimation and information
Address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints promptly and professionally
Update feedback to WM & escalate complaints if not able to resolve
Maintain regular communication with customers, update information on their vehicle progress
