Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain high-pressure water wash systems, pumps, hoses, and cleaning tools.
Perform manual and automated water washing on parts, equipment, ducts, or surfaces as instructed.
Inspect items before and after wash to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Follow proper chemical handling, dilution, and safety procedures when additives are used.
Ensure safe setup, calibration, and shutdown of water washing machinery and equipment.
Report equipment malfunctions and assist in routine maintenance.
Maintain clean work areas, proper waste disposal, and environmental compliance.
Document daily work activities, cleaning logs, and inspection checklists.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, including use of PPE.
Support technicians and supervisors in additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as required.
