Key Responsibilities
Body Repair
Inspect vehicles to assess body damage and determine repair methods.
Perform dent removal, panel beating, body alignment, and replacement of damaged parts.
Carry out welding, cutting, grinding, and other metal repair tasks.
Ensure correct fitment of body panels, bumpers, doors, and trim parts.
Use frame alignment tools, measuring systems, and repair equipment accurately.
Paint Repair
Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, filling, and priming.
Mix paint according to manufacturer formulas and match colors precisely.
Apply base coat, clear coat, and refinishing materials using spray guns.
Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing to restore original appearance.
Inspect painted surfaces to ensure high-quality, defect-free finishing.
