Job Title: Sr. Engineer / Engineer (Solar O&M)

Qualification:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Solar Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
Experience in PSS (Pooling Sub Station) operations and maintenance is a must

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of solar power plant operations and preventive maintenance
Expertise in troubleshooting of inverters, transformers, switchgear, and LT/HT panels
Familiar with SCADA monitoring and fault analysis
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and energy audit practices
Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with OEMs and utility stakeholders
Documentation and reporting of daily generation and breakdowns
