Job Role: Business Development Manager

Location: / Tirupur / Erode / Coimbatore

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.
Conduct field visits, market surveys, and customer meetings to generate leads.
Organize promotional campaigns, customer awareness meetings, and financial literacy activities.
Convert inquiries into subscriptions by explaining chit products, benefits, and processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
Provide support throughout the chit cycle—registration, bidding, payment, and prize disbursal.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and service-related issues promptly.
Ensure excellent after-sales service to improve customer retention and referrals.
