Description

Job Title: Software Trainer

SBS Technologies is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Trainer to join our team! 

The Software Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs to help users effectively utilize our software applications. This role requires a strong understanding of the software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging and comprehensive training materials. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on software applications for various user levels.
  • Create and maintain a variety of training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive exercises.
  • Assess user training needs and customize programs to meet specific requirements.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, including webinars and one-on-one support.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance data.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to stay current on software updates and new features.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users after training sessions.
  • Manage training schedules and coordinate logistics for sessions and materials. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Trainer, Technical Trainer, or in a similar training role.
  • Strong proficiency with various software applications and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to create engaging instructional materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
