
Job Summary
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. This role involves verifying materials against documentation, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Material Handling & Verification
Verify materials loaded or unloaded against Work Orders (WO) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Ensure all materials received or dispatched comply with company standards and documentation.
2. Receiving & Dispatch Operations
Receive incoming shipments from vendors and unload trucks at designated loading/unloading bays.
Check for damages, discrepancies, and report any issues to the supervisor or procurement team.
Assist in preparing materials for dispatch as per order requirements.
3. Inventory Management
Update inventory records accurately as new materials are received and added to stock.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of products in their respective locations.
Conduct periodic stock checks and support cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
4. Warehouse Coordination & Upkeep
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material movement.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse area.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while following SOPs and safety guidelines.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock levels.
Prepare reports as required by the warehouse manager or operations team.
