Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team. Your primary role will be to visit potential clients, explain about our product’s benefits, features, and onboard them as clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential clients in the assigned area.
  • Pitch and explain how it can help grow their business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and answer queries.
  • Help clients complete onboarding and documentation process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Gather feedback from the field and report to the internal team.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Any Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in field sales, vendor onboarding is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field work and meeting daily targets.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must.
  • Must be willing to travel locally within Erode District.

Salary:

  • Salary plus conveyance provided
  • Incentives after 6 months based on performance.
