Responsibilities:
Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activity and safety issues.
Report incidents promptly and prepare basic incident logs.
Retrieve and provide video evidence when required.
Check that cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and monitoring equipment are functioning properly.
Coordinate with security and technical teams for repairs and issue resolution.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all security protocols.
Requirements:
Experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations (1–2 years preferred).
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and video management software.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to stay alert during shifts.
