Description

Job Title: Welder

 

Department: Fabrication / Production

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our structural fabrication team. The role involves welding and assembling heavy steel structures such as Structures and conveyors according to fabrication drawings and company standards. The candidate should have hands-on experience in MIG welding and a strong focus on quality and safety.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Weld structural components using MIG processes.
  • Fit and tack parts in correct alignment before final welding.
  • Prepare and clean materials before and after welding.
  • Inspect welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
  • Repair or rework welds if required.
  • Maintain welding tools and equipment in good condition.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the work area.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical trade.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in fabrication.
  • Skilled in MIG, ARC, or FCAW welding processes.
  • Welding position Preferred 2G and 2F
  • Able to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
  • Use of PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, etc.) is mandatory.

 

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed on-time salary with payslips

*Fresher Gross Salary will be 17,000 - (Take Home 15,000)

*For Experienced Candidates (Salary will be based on Experience & Interview Performance)

Shift Timings (8 Hours)

  • Shift A: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Shift B: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Shift C: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Week Off: Sunday
