Quality and compliance:
- Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect incoming raw materials for consistency and integrity.

Reporting and documentation:
- Record and report inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, and quantities.
- Document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports for management and clients.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for products that fail to meet standards.

Process improvement:
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process to correct issues and prevent future defects.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve quality problems.
- Accept or reject finished items based on inspection results.

Inspection and testing:
- Measure products using tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers to ensure they meet specifications.
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of materials, components, and finished products at various stages of production.
