Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Agriculturist to support field-level agricultural activities. The role involves regular farm visits, crop monitoring, providing technical guidance to farmers, and assisting in implementing best farming practices. Candidates must be willing to work in field conditions and support day-to-day cultivation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor crop growth, soil health, and field operations
Provide technical support to farmers and field staff
Assist in planning and supervising sowing, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting
Maintain field data and prepare basic reports
Skills Required:
Knowledge of crop cultivation and agronomy
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently in field conditions
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome)
