Job Description:
We are looking for a field-oriented Botanist to support plant identification, collection, and documentation activities. The role includes field surveys, sample collection, preparation of botanical frames (herbaria), and assisting in conservation or research-oriented tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits for plant/flower identification and sample collection
Prepare botanical frames/herbarium specimens
Document plant species with proper labeling and data recording
Support botanical research, surveys, and conservation activities
Maintain collected samples, field notes, and reports
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of plant taxonomy and morphology
Interest in fieldwork and botanical specimen preparation
Good observation, documentation, and classification skills
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome)
