Plan new product development activities based on customer requirements and market needs.
Prepare product specifications, drawings, and BOM in coordination with design & engineering teams.
Coordinate prototype manufacturing and ensure samples meet quality and performance standards.
Support process development, including setting parameters, workflow planning, and production feasibility checks.
Conduct product testing, validation, and quality checks before mass production approval.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Vendors to ensure smooth product launch.
Analyse product performance, identify issues, and implement improvements for cost, quality, and efficiency.
