Key Responsibilities
Job Title: Centralized HSE Coordinator – Solar O&M
To ensure effective implementation, coordination, and monitoring of HSE systems across all operational solar power plants across India through centralized supervision. The role involves real-time tracking of site safety performance, data collection, compliance monitoring, and support to site teams to uphold a safe and sustainable work environment.
Centralized HSE Monitoring
• Monitor HSE performance of all solar O&M sites through reports, dashboards, and digital monitoring tools.
• Track compliance with company HSE policy, statutory requirements, and client-specific safety standards.
• Review site HSE daily reports, incident logs, and inspection data.
• Maintain centralized records of incidents, near misses, observations, and corrective actions.
