Staff supervision and training:
- Train and supervise waitstaff to ensure high service standards.
- Assign duties equitably and check that staff maintain hygiene and discipline.
Service and guest satisfaction:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of service, from greeting guests to processing payments.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and present final bills to guests.
Operational management:
- Coordinate with the kitchen on menu questions, food availability, and order preparation.
- Ensure dining areas and stations are clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Maintain inventory of service equipment like cutlery.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings on reservations, targets, and specials.
Standards and compliance:
- Ensure all hotel or restaurant brand and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently implemented.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Ensure equipment and furniture are in good condition.

MS OFFICE, BASIC SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
