. Assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients consulting with shift-in-charge, duty doctor/ consultant.
2. Provide comfort and safety to the patient.
3. Ensure the vitals and output are taken every one hour and documented in the case sheet to save the life of the patient.
4. Ensure proper hand over is given bedside for each patient including the 4 essential titles and linen change in the handover.
5. Be watchful for the development of any critical alert signs for the patient and
to inform consultant timely and save the patient.
6. Able to do BLS, in necessary situations.
