Job Description:
ETP, RO plant operations and maintenance.
1. Operation and Monitoring:
Operate, monitor, and maintain the ETP/ RO system, including pumps, motors, filters, reactors, blowers, membranes etc. Regularly check and adjust the flow rates, add necessary chemicals and coagulants, etc.
2. Water Analysis:
Regularly monitor water quality, testing for pollutants (analysis like pH, COD, TDS etc), and adjusting treatment processes and chemical dosages as required.
3. Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks for both ETP and RO systems, including cleaning filters, replacing membranes, and repairing equipment as needed. Troubleshoot any mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues.
4. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of plant operations, process parameters, maintenance activities, analysis results, and chemical dosages.
Qualifications:
ITI/ Diploma/ Any Graduate
Freshers preferred, OR 1- 2 years of experience in Chemical plant/ETP field.
