Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying unemployed youth from nearby underserved communities
Motivating and getting them enrolled through various mobilization strategies into various training programs with MCC
Maintaining strong community relations to ensure participation of children, women and youth in CII-MCC activities
Creating platforms at a community level through which youth can be counseled on various professional opportunities
Basic knowledge on digital marketing
Run varies digital campaigns

Regular Tasks:

Information Dissemination & Mapping catchment area
Conducting mobilization drives (Door to door canvassing, Public Announcements)
Documenting into database
Follow-up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled
Raising local volunteers & Point of Contacts in community
Home visits for trainees & Planning community events
Sending press notes and maintaining healthy relationships with local news reporters
