Job Description *
We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) for Karur Vysya Bank across Chennai, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. The role focuses on acquiring NTB (New-to-Bank) customers for TFX & EXIM-related products and promoting liability and cross-sell offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire NTB customers for Trade & Forex (TFX) and EXIM products
• Source & manage CA, RD, TD, Life & General Insurance, and Asset Cross-Sell
• Develop strategies for NTB acquisition and deepen EXIM customer relationships
• Ensure FEMA compliance and maintain operational accuracy
• Engage with TFX Households, MSMEs, Shipping/Marine, IT/Hardware sectors, SEZs & Retail EXIM
• Maintain strong MIS reporting and track business numbers
• Build rapport with customers and internal teams
• Travel extensively for client meetings & business development
• Negotiate and close deals with strong sales skills
