Job Title: Collection Officer

Job Summary:
We're looking for a target-driven Collection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payments
- Meet collection targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
- Identify and report potential bad debts
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer disputes
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in collections
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with collection software
