Job Description

We are hiring Tamil Voice Process Executives to join our dynamic team at HRH Next in Coimbatore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls in Tamil (inbound & outbound).
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain records of interactions in CRM.
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in BPO/call center
  • Language: Fluent in Tamil; basic English preferred
  • Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, computer literacy
  • Shift: Morning Shift

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹14,000 per month + Incentives(upto ₹10,000)
