Job Title: Restaurant Captain (Captain)
Role Summary:
Responsible for supervising the dining area, leading service staff, and ensuring excellent guest experience in a restaurant.

Exp: 2-9 Year
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, assist with seating and reservations.
Manage and supervise dining room staff during service.
Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests.
Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and service standards in the dining area.
Train and support junior service staff.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualities:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer service focus.
Basic menu knowledge and ordering systems (POS)
Team management and problem solving.
Education/Experience (basic):
High school or hospitality qualification; previous experience in restaurant service preferred.
