Education: 8th Pass, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, or BA (any specification). Candidates who have Passed, Failed, or Discontinued their studies are eligible.
Year of Passing: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023.
Age: 18 to 28 Years.

Physical: Must be physically fit to do work.

Ability to work in three Rotational Shifts.
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
The role is a NAPS Apprenticeship focused on the Production department. You will be involved in:
Learning and assisting with various production processes on the shop floor.
Working in a Centralized AC Facility workplace.
Adhering to company policy for Overtime (OT) when applicable.
Wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including free uniforms and shoes/slippers based on the nature of the work.

Compensation and Stipend:
L1 Production Process: ₹15,500 per month (₹14,000 Stipend + ₹1,500 DBT).
LO Production Support: ₹14,000 per month (₹12,500 Stipend + ₹1,500 DBT).
Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra bonus for excellent attendance:
₹500 for full month presence (no leave/permission).
₹400 for 0.25-day leave.
₹300 for 0.50-day leave.
