Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily poultry farm activities, including feeding, watering, and housing of birds
Monitor bird health and report signs of illness or stress
Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of poultry houses
Maintain accurate farm records (feed usage, mortality, production)
Train and guide farm workers on proper poultry care and safety practices
Ensure biosecurity and animal welfare standards are followed
Coordinate with veterinarians and farm management when necessary
Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
