Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Admission Counselors to support student admissions for Engineering, Arts & Science, Medical, and Pharmaceutical colleges across Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents, explaining courses and colleges, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding college admissions
Provide detailed information about:
Engineering (All Branches)
Arts & Science
Medical
Pharmacy & Paramedical courses
Explain eligibility criteria, course details, fees, and college facilities
Handle inbound admission-related queries professionally
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain call records
Coordinate with the admissions team for document collection and seat confirmation
Achieve daily/weekly admission targets
Maintain student data accurately in records or CRM
Build trust and maintain good relationships with students and parents
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Tamil (English & Hindi is an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
Ability to convince and counsel students effectively
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Knowledge of Tamil Nadu colleges is an added advantage
