Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in site execution of MEP works including Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors for daily activities
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor site progress and report daily work status to senior engineers
Support material inspections, installations, and testing & commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with HSE rules and company safety policies
Assist in preparation of site reports, work permits, and inspection requests
Coordinate with other trades to avoid site conflicts and delays
Support snag rectification and handover activities
Requirements
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering
1–3 years of site experience in MEP works
Basic knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and site coordination
Familiarity with safety practices at construction sites
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work on-site and handle field responsibilities
