Perform daily CNC machine upkeep including oil level checks, coolant monitoring, cleaning, and ensuring smooth machine operation.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in CNC/VMC/HMC machines to minimize downtime.
Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per schedule to improve machine reliability and productivity.
Support senior maintenance engineers during breakdown maintenance and complex repair activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and records in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure adherence to safety standards and best maintenance practices while working on machines and equipment.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure machines are operational and meet production requirements.
