Operate, monitor, start-up, and shut down boilers safely as per SOP and production requirements.
Monitor boiler parameters such as steam pressure, temperature, water level, fuel supply, and flue gas conditions.
Perform routine inspections, blowdown activities, and basic preventive maintenance of boiler and auxiliaries.
Ensure compliance with IBR regulations, safety standards, PPE usage, and statutory requirements.
Handle water treatment activities including feedwater testing, chemical dosing, and coordination with WTP operations.
Maintain accurate logbooks, daily reports, and operational data for boiler performance and analysis.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply and minimal downtime.
