Key Responsibilities BMS Operator:
• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & security systems
• Respond to system alarms and faults as the first line of action
• Record and maintain system logs, performance data, and incident reports
• Assist facility teams by providing system data and analysis
• Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system maintenance and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety and building standards
